“I hired Stef to cater my husband's surprise birthday party, of about 10 people. We spoke several times on the phone and via email to figure out the menu. After a sleepless night of decisions, I made my decision. Braised beef. My mouth is watering still thinking of it!!! 

The meal started off with Caprese salad and shrimp cocktail. The beef was accompanied by truffle risotto and a garlic broccoli. To end this fabulous meal, Stef had her own rendition on a flourless chocolate lava cake that was beyond amazing. 

I would have loved to take photos of everything, but when I remembered, things were pretty much polished off. I give Stef a 12/10. Best private chef experience I have ever had.”

"Hosted a girls night and decided to hire a private chef ! What an amazing experience! The food was beyond anything I could’ve imagined! Stefanie made filet and scallops for our main course , then mini strawberry galettes with drizzled Nutella and fresh whipped cream for dessert . I can still taste the love cooked into that food ! She’s hired for my son’s party in April .

"  I have nothing but great things to say about Fiveonesixfoods. I have attended 2 events in which fiveonesixfoods prepared the menu and both equally blew me away. 

The most recent event was a girls dinner for the holidays and when I tell you everything was top tier I mean everything. There was about 5 options of appetizers. The entrée was a delectable surf and turf which included a filet mignon & scallops. My taste buds were dancing off the charts! To end it off we were presented with a flourless chocolate cake covered in warm chocolate ganache and freshly made whipped cream topped with fresh berries. I mean, seriously, I was blown away. 

All the items on the menu were gluten free to accommodate one of our guests as well. As someone who doesn't have dietary restrictions, I couldn't even taste the difference. 

It was a beyond satisfying experience and look forward to using fiveonesix foods to chef it up for more future events!! Highly highly recommend!"
